Twinax connector
The Twinax plug connector was specifically developed for railway and metropolitan transport engineering applications. Thanks to its two Büschel plug connectors, the transmission of signals and information is assured, even under the least favorable of operating conditions. Our reference customer is Alstom France, which uses this plug connector in various applications including the French high-speed train, the TGV.
The Twinax is characterized by the following features:
- two gold-plated Büschel connectors assure optimum electrical connection.
- protection class IP67
- mechanically extremely robust and electrically safe
- corrosion-resistant
- very high insulation values
BCS-32 round-plug connector
The BCS-32 plug connector with a connector head diameter of 32 mm was specifically developed for the operation of robots and/or manipulators in the nuclear industry.
For this work, it is characterized by the following features:
- stainless steel housing
- PTFE and PEEK insulation
- gold-plated contacts
- voltage 380V and current strength of at least 20A
- without orientation so pluggable in any direction
- connector and socket can be rotated together once connected
- chemically resistant
